More Vegas reporting for all of you!Our last night in Las Vegas, we ate at this fab sushi joint in the Palazzo Hotel called "Sushi Samba". It was soooo yummy! (even their website plays fantastic brazilian music!) It's actually a Brazilian steak and sushi spot, so they had a very diverse menu. We started out by ordering some edamame, california rolls and tuna tartare, because initially we were just stopping in for some appetizers. But we were hooked from the first bite. We ended up ordering a little of everything: barbequed sea bass, filet mignon, more sushi rolls, more tuna, these little crab "potato chips", as our waiter referred to them, sea urchin...and the most magnificent chocolate banana molten cake and fruit compote for dessert. Mmmmm I would fly there just to have that dinner again. It.was.that.good. As a bonus for all of you sports fans out there, they have big flat screens all around the restaurant for you to catch the most important football, baseball, hockey and basketball games. Cause you wouldn't want to miss those!
My current two favorite Vegas restaurants:
1.Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill
2.Sushi Samba

This was after the sea urchin. By the looks on our faces it probably doesn't look too appetizing, hah. But the rest of the food really was fabulous! More to come whenever I go on my next trip :-)
